INTRODUCTION
Designing Experiences. Working with People.
Hi, I’m Taisiya, a game designer with experience in creative team coordination. My background combines Game Design studies at HSE University with additional studies in Art Management. I have worked on digital games, board games, and game- concepts.

What Do I Do?
I enjoy developing the experience a player will have, then helping the team turn that idea into concrete work. My responsibilities have included game mechanics, narrative design, interfaces, and coordination between art and development.
I am looking for collaborations where I can contribute as a designer and support the creative process.

My Approach
Make the Idea Clear Enough to Build
I can contribute to:— Game concepts, mechanics, and progression. — Narrative design and worldbuilding. — UX/UI design and presentation materials. — Art production coordination and task planning.
I start with what the player should experience. That intention guides the mechanics, the story, and the information shown on screen.
I turn design decisions into materials the team can work with: game design documents, narrative structures, interface layouts, and production briefs.
When coordinating a project, I track dependencies and help resolve questions between disciplines. I use feedback and team discussions to keep the work connected to the project’s direction.
The Architects — Overview
Connecting the World, the Interface, and the Team
Format: 3D retro-futuristic action-management game My responsibilities: Narrative Design, UI/UX Design & Production CoordinationThe Architects takes place in a city powered by a mysterious energy. Players fight with geometric spells and return to a headquarters where conversations develop the story between missions.
The Challenge
The project needed a clearer shared interpretation of its retro-futuristic world. Its narrative and interfaces also needed to support that direction.
My Approach
I helped the team revisit its references and clarify the project vision. My focus was on translating that direction into the story and UI, while supporting coordination between art and programming.
The Architects — Contribution and Outcom
Narrative
I reworked the worldbuilding and synopsis, structured the tutorial, and wrote dialogue. I organised game texts by purpose: mission dialogue provided context, headquarters conversations developed the story, and short rabbit remarks added humour and atmosphere.
Interfaces
I redesigned the game screens and created UI animations. The visual direction combined architectural drawings and geometric lines with the game’s retro-futuristic setting.
