HEALTHY LIFESTYLE The harm of smoking I and my teammates want to introduce our project about the topic of the harm of smoking. According to information of October 2025, one in five adults in the world is still addicted to tobacco. The problem of smoking is widespread among teenagers too. So, we have to inform people about the dangers of smoking. Nowadays many people think that electronic cigarettes (vapes) are less harmful than ordinary cigarettes but it’s a wrong opinion. Vapes contain a lot of nicotine, cause cancer of the larynx and lungs, cardiovascular diseases and many other diseases. Moreover, smoking is harmful not only for a smoking person but also for other people and our environment. We encourage people to take care about their health, health of others and the environment.

The poster depicts abstract figures of three people in soft pastel colors. Their simplicity and conciseness emphasize the universality of the concept of «family» — it does not depend on details, but reflects the very essence of close relationships. The figures are placed close to each other, which symbolizes unity, support and connection between family members The inscription «FAMILY is THE MEANING OF LIFE, which explicitly states the central value of the family. This is the main message of the poster — to show that it is the family that makes life meaningful.
