I couldn’t understand Parajanov’s ideas, I couldn’t understand what The Color of Pomegranates was trying to say, and because of that, I got more visual impact. We don’t need to define everything, because that would create stereotypes, but we need to create a reality that we didn’t expect because of these things. Just like the color of pomegranate, how can we discover the world beyond red when we have the stereotype of pomegranate?
