Development of a volumetric and spatial solution. Spa hotel concept: integrating architecture into the surrounding landscape.

The «Wellness test» restaurant will be located on the grounds of a spa hotel on Sakhalin Island. The concept of the establishment is based on the principle of personalized nutrition. Each guest undergoes a preliminary diagnostic assessment: they fill out a questionnaire about their food preferences, lifestyle, well-being, and goals. Based on this data, as well as the results of wellness testing, the specific substances and vitamins lacking in the individual’s body are identified. Then, the chef creates a personalized menu designed to replenish the identified deficiencies.
